Prism Pop

Support

120 levels across six episodes, where every gem colour is also a different shape.

Need a person? Email hello@roadshow.fm.

Prism Pop is made by one developer, so your message reaches me directly. I aim to reply within two business days.

If you are reporting a problem, please include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the level number where it happened. That is usually enough for me to reproduce it.

Common questions

How do lives work?

You hold up to five. Failing a level costs one; clearing a level costs nothing, because lives are the price of failure rather than the price of playing. A spent life comes back on its own after twenty minutes, and the timer keeps running while the app is closed.

I ran out of lives. Do I have to pay?

No. Waiting is always free and the bar refills on its own. Gold can refill it sooner if you would rather not wait, but nothing in the game is gated behind spending — every level is reachable without paying.

Do levels unlock by playing or by paying?

By playing. Clearing a level opens the next one, all the way to level 120. There is no level, episode or mechanic that can only be opened with money.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the shop from the map screen and tap Restore purchases. Apple will ask you to confirm with your Apple Account, and anything you have previously bought will be reinstated. Restoring is free and can be done as often as you like — after reinstalling the app, or on a new iPhone.

I reinstalled and my progress is gone

Progress is saved on your device only. Prism Pop has no accounts and no cloud save, so deleting the app deletes your progress and it does not transfer to a new iPhone. Purchases are the exception: those are tied to your Apple Account and come back with Restore purchases.

Cloud save is something I want to add. If it matters to you, tell me — that genuinely affects what I build next.

How do I turn off the music?

Tap the gear icon, which sits on the map screen and in the top-left of any level, then switch off music or sound effects independently. The setting is remembered.

What do the boosters do?

  • Hammer — smashes any single gem or blocker you tap.
  • Reshuffle — rearranges the board when you cannot find a move.

Each costs five gold. You can also start a level with a booster already in play from the pre-game screen.

Are there ads?

Only if you ask for one. There are no banners and no interstitials between levels — nothing plays on its own, ever. The single exception is the reward video on the out-of-lives screen: watch one by choice and you get a life and some gold back. Ignore it and you will never see an ad, and every level is still completable.

The ads are non-personalised, which is why iOS never asks whether you want to be tracked. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not shared.

The game runs hot or drains battery

The animated background is the usual cause. Prism Pop already reduces its frame rate automatically in Low Power Mode and when the device gets warm. Turning on Low Power Mode in iOS Settings makes that kick in straight away.

I found a bug, or a level feels impossible

Please tell me. The difficulty curve is tuned by simulation, and real players hitting a wall is exactly the signal that improves it. Send the level number and what happened to hello@roadshow.fm.

Requirements

Prism Pop is an iPhone app. It does not need an internet connection to play.
